Over six years at OutSystems, I made significant contributions to customer success and team leadership. Under my co-leadership, the Northern Europe region became the top-performing team worldwide in 2023.Previously, I held roles at AMCS (SaaS in the waste and recycling industry), Thunderbuild, CTrack, and Relatics (SaaS solutions for transport, logistics, and construction). My early career included project management in exhibition construction, office interior design, and turnkey delivery of public spaces such as libraries.Current FocusAfter leaving OutSystems, I am exploring new opportunities within and outside the tech ecosystem. My interests lie in IT strategy, digital transformation projects, and leadership roles in customer success. Together, we have a large and dynamic family, consisting of two foster children, two children from my first marriage, and two from her first marriage. They are all now adults and wonderful conversational partners.Kirsten started as a mediator in 2000, and her business evolved into a boutique consultancy specializing in interpersonal communication, including mediation, training, and coaching. Her company serves organizations such as KNVB, Embraer, and Odin as an external confidential advisor.Aligned with our shared vision for social innovation and sustainable business practices, I completed training as a Confidential Advisor in 2022 and am officially certified.
